Focus Training

this program is good for those who:

  • long to do deep work but struggle with focus and motivation

  • work in high-paced environments with constant competition for attention

Being able to control our attention and focus is a superpower, and a skill that is learned through a simple practice, repeated consistently.

In 4 weeks, you can learn to have a much greater ability to direct your attention wherever you choose.

Groundedness Skills

this program is good for those who:

  • find themselves struggling to find calm under pressure

  • feel that being ‘stuck in their head’ is a detriment to their quality of life

Maintaining equilibrium, or equanimity, in any situation is a skill that can be learned. It involves a top-down, and bottom-up approach, meaning:

Top-down are cognitive approaches, ways of thinking about the world. We can re-frame our historical thought patterns to ones that create a more grounded basis for being

Bottom-up are embodied, or body-based approaches, which use our physiology to enable substantial and lasting change in the way we interact with the world.
